|DTC 13-4:||Faulty Power Supply to the Driver's Side Impact Sensor|
|1.||Erase the DTC memory.|
|2.||Turn the ignition switch ON (II), and check that the SRS indicator comes on for about 6 seconds and then goes off.|
Does the SRS indicator stay on?
YES - Go to 3.
NO - Intermittent failure, system is OK at this time. Go to Troubleshooting Intermittent Failures.
|3.||Turn the ignition switch OFF. Disconnect the battery negative cable, and wait for 3 minutes.|
|4.||Distance the TL1o and TR1o connectors (A) from the TL1i and TR1i connectors (B).|
|5.||Disconnect the IDi connector (A) from the driver's side impact sensor.|
|6.||Disconnect the U2o connector (A) from the SRS unit.|
|7.||Check resistance between the No. 19 and No. 20 terminals of the U2o connector. Then check resistance between the No. 19 terminal and body ground. There should be 1 MW or more.|
Is the resistance as specified?
NO - Short in the floor wire harness; replace the floor wire harness.n
