Clutch Pedal Assembly Replacement
NOTE: Without cruise control: The adjusting bolt is substituted as clutch pedal position switch.
  1. Disconnect the clutch pedal position switch connector (A). Remove the harness clip (B).
  1. Pry out the lock pin (C), and pull the pedal pin (D) out of the yoke.
  1. Remove the master cylinder mounting nuts (E) and clutch pedal mounting nuts (F).
  1. Remove the clutch pedal assembly (G).
  1. Remove the clutch pedal position switch (H).
  1. Install the clutch pedal position switch (A).
  1. Install the clutch pedal assembly (A).
  1. Install the clutch pedal mounting nuts (B) and master cylinder mounting nuts (C).
  1. Apply multipurpose grease to the pedal pin (D), and slide it into the yoke, then install a lock pin (E).
  1. Install the harness clip (F). Connect the clutch pedal position switch connector (G).
  1. Check the clutch operation.
