DTC Troubleshooting: B2481
DTC B2481:
VSP Sensor Failure
Clear the DTCs with the HDS.
Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0) and then back to ON (II).
Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC B2481 indicated?
YES
-
Substitute a known-good gauge control module, then go to
Step 4
.
NO
-
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.■
Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC B2481 indicated?
YES
-
Replace the headlight leveling control unit .■
NO
-
The original gauge control module must be faulty;
replace the gauge control module.
