Open the glove box. Remove the glove box stop on each side, then let the glove box hang down.

Pull out the dust and pollen filter assembly (A) from the blower unit.

Remove the filter (A) from the housing (B), and replace the filter.

Install the filter in the reverse order of removal. Make sure that there is no air leaking out of the blower unit.

If the service reminder system required to replace the dust and pollen filter, reset the service reminder system, this procedure is complete. If the service reminder system did not required to replace the dust and pollen filter, go to Step 6 and reset the dust and pollen filter life with the HDS.

Connect the HDS to the data link connector (DLC) located under the driver's side of the dashboard.

Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).

Make sure the HDS communicates with the vehicle and the climate control unit. If it doesn't, troubleshoot the DLC circuit.

Select BODY ELECTRICAL with the HDS.

Select ADJUSTMENT in GAUGE MENU with the HDS.

Select SERVICE REMINDER in the EU MAINTENANCE MINDER with the HDS.

Select SERVICE REMINDER ITEM 2 with the HDS.

Open the glove box. Remove the glove box stop on each side, then let the glove box hang down.

Remove the lid (A) from the blower unit.

Pull out the dust and pollen filter (B).

Install the filter in the reverse order of removal. Make sure that there is no air leaking out of the blower unit.
