Paddle shifter + (upshift switch) does not gear change
Diagnostic procedure
  1. Paddle shifter + (upshift switch) circuit troubleshooting.
  2. Paddle shifter + (upshift switch) test.
  3. Substitute a known-good TCM, then recheck. If it is OK, replace the original TCM.
